OUR STAFF
Our staff have respect for individuals and their backgrounds, cultures and chosen ways of life and are aware of the needs and wishes of each individual. They are not influenced by their own personal preferences. We aim to provide care with sensitivity, discretion and flexibility by listening to peoples’ needs. When support, help, assurance and open communication is given to an individual, their families and friends, the potential and independence of a client can be achieved.
Alpha are meticulous in selecting the care and nursing staff who work with us. All staff undergo a CRB check following an interview and then follow an induction programme during a probationary period.
There is an ongoing training programme for all staff.
