Alpha Care Services ensures that ongoing training is provided to all of it's staff in order to maintain our high standards of care and the effectiveness of the services provided. Training also ensures compliance with all legislation and regulatory requirements and means that we have reliable and up to date information for the staff and clients. Training is essential for staff development, supervision and appraisals.
In the selection of staff, we are meticulous in selecting appropriate people to work with us. An interview and reference process identifies a person's ability for care work and their personal records and background are checked against various registers, including the Criminal Records Bureau, which confirm their suitability for work.

The agency must be registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection which is the national body for the regulation of all Domiciliary Care Agencies.
