Training also ensures compliance with all legislation and regulatory requirements and means that we have reliable and up to date information for the staff and clients. Training is essential for staff development, supervision and appraisals.

In the selection of staff, we are meticulous in selecting appropriate people to work with us. An interview and reference process identifies a person's ability for care work and their personal records and background are checked against various registers, including the Criminal Records Bureau, which confirm their suitability for work.
